"The place is what it says "Ocean Front View" the furniture is outdated, BUT, who cares when I am on the 11th floor able to watch the whales/turtles from the balcony, full kitchen, washer/dryer/dishwasher, complete with kitchen items."

However, awareness and enforcement of non-smoking policies could improve the experience for all guests.”
